General Information

Can pay up to $4000 per fiscal year toward training costs, fees, books, supplies, exams, etc. for credentials listed on Army COOL

Eligibility

If you are using FTA also, the $4000 is a maximum between both programs. May be used with any vendor that can help you get the credential you’re looking for, however vendors must be vetted and approved by ACCES ArmyU.
Must be actively drilling, cannot be flagged, and your class end date must be before your ETS date.
