United Families Program
United Families Program helps National Guard members with common United States Customs and Immigration Service actions such as:- Expedited citizenship for service members
- Military Parole in Place (Mil- PIP) assistance for direct family members of Soldiers
- Assistance with Deferred action for military families that do not qualify for Mil PIP

Exceptional Families
The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a program to help you navigate the medical and/or education needs of the exceptional family member in your life.
It is a Department of Defense program that works with civilian and military agencies to provide coordinated comprehensive support services to Families with special needs.
Enrollment
Who is eligible for EFMP?
All military members
Enrollment in EFMP allows you to have access to Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) through TRICARE. ECHO eligibility is for service members on orders for AGR, Title 10, and ADOS. Click here to learn more about ECHO at Tricare.mil
To enroll, please download and fill out form (DA 7415). Have your exceptional family member’s doctor fill out form (DA 2792). Submit both forms to FT Carson for processing

Office of the Inspector General
The Inspector General is a personal staff officer of the adjutant general, providing the adjutant general with a sounding board for sensitive issues. The Inspector General acts as the eyes, ears, voice, and conscience of the adjutant general. Inspector Generals are impartial honest brokers and consummate fact finders who don’t take sides.
