Ordering Tickets

We accept walk-ins during the listed hours at the top of this web page except for state and federal holidays. Drop in to the ticket office during our normal operating hours and we can complete the transaction, simply print out your tickets, and hand them to you.

Do I Qualify to Purchase Military Tickets?

You may or may not. 100% disabled veterans (with a 100% disability ID card) are eligible for all of our tickets, even military-specific ones. In addition, ALL veterans with a service-connected disability (with a Veteran Health Identification Card - VHIC) are eligible for all of our regularly discounted (non military-specific) tickets. A VHIC card or 100% disability ID card is required for vets to purchase any of our offered tickets. What to Know Before Purchasing Tickets

You should first ensure you are eligible to purchase.

If you are purchasing Disneyland, Disney World, or Universal Orlando military promo tickets, you need to be aware that they have a purchase restriction of six tickets per service member. Universal Orlando allows the service member AND their spouse to get up to six military tickets per year. Any amount of regularly discounted tickets may be purchased, though particularly large orders may require additional paperwork. Additionally, military-promo tickets typically require that the service member or their spouse with their eligible I.D. be present at the park and with the group on at least the first use. The eligible member must also use one of the tickets.

Every ticket type has an expiration date and sometimes includes black-out dates. For any particular ticket type, be sure to ask about the dates if not already mentioned by the ticketing agent. You may be able to find the black out dates for your park on our pricing list.

Although our ticket office is tax-exempt, we utilize a point of sale system which includes a credit card processing fee for all card transactions (including debit). We accept cash and check to avoid the convenience fee.

Some ticket types like Universal Studios and Seaworld will require the first and last names of every patron using a ticket. Disney parks no longer have this requirement.

In summary, you should ensure you are eligible to purchase, you should be aware of the dates you are going on your trip, you should be aware of the people going with you, and some tickets (such as the Disney Military Promotional ones) have purchase and other restrictions to keep in mind.

Building 6220 is located by the PX and next to the parade field. As you are walking into the building, the ticket office is the very first office. Unless I am currently with a customer, you are welcome to come in.

Where to Check Eligibility

To purchase our regularly discounted tickets, please view the General eligibility I.D. form below. If you want to purchase Disney military-specific promotional tickets, please view their own specialized I.D. sheet above.

General eligibility was recently expanded to Veterans with a VA documented service-connected disability or their caretakers under the Purple Heart and Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act. If you qualify under this new act, please bring your Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC) showing your eligible status, or if you are the registered caretaker, please present an eligibility letter from the VA Office of Community Care along with a valid form of I.D.
